Diamond Willow Assisted Living seeks compassionate Resident Assistants to join our caring teams in Little Falls, MN. You will help with daily activities, provide dignity-focused care, and support residents in a home-like environment.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility, medication assistance, meal prep, and activities, with flexible full-time and part-time options. Prior CNA not required for ages 18+, training provided.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS background study.
• Provide a supportive and dignified environment for aging population.
• Applicants over 18 may work without CNA; under 18 must have CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming assistance.
• Feeding assistance.
• Manage dementia-related behaviors.
• Mobility assistance with transfers (incl. lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
