Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Conduct thorough assessments, identify goals, and set realistic treatment objectives.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
