Qualifications

• RN license required
• Proficient in patient assessment and care planning
• Strong documentation skills in EHR systems

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to determine individual care needs.
• Administer medications, injections, IVs, and other treatments following strict aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
• Utilize EHR systems such as PCC to document patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans, including discharge planning and case management.
• Perform procedures such as suturing, catheterization, dialysis management, and tube feeding with precision and adherence to clinical standards.
• Manage acute pain and critical care situations
