Qualifications

• Proven experience as a registered nurse.
• Valid nursing license.
• BSc or nursing diploma from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide the best possible care.
• Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure, injections) and fill charts.
• Adjust and administer medications per physician orders.
• Maintain hygiene and safety in facilities and decontaminate equipment.
• Provide immediate medical care in emergencies.
• Assist surgeons during operations.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for patients and families.
• Attend educational workshops and conferences to expand knowledge.
