Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state Board of Nursing license.
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience within the last 2 years.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Adheres to professional standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Formulate, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Assess and evaluate patient care needs.
• Delegate nursing care assignments based on assessment.
• Perform medical therapeutic measures as prescribed by the physician.
• Stay updated on nursing/medical practice trends.
