Job summary

Concord Hospital Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient population in our unit. The RN will use life-span knowledge and collaborate with families and the health care team to deliver safe, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current NH RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities
