Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma in Nursing or higher and 1 year of experience.
• Current NC RN license or licensure in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assures healing without harm through safety habits, daily safety huddle.
• Obtains and interprets initial and ongoing patient/family assessment data.
• Uses assessment data to formulate nursing plan of care.
• Collaborates with patient/family and interdisciplinary team to set measurable outcomes.
• Develops individualized plan of care including learning needs for optimal health and transition.
• Implements interventions identified in the plan of care across the lifespan.
