Heartland ABA is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians to join our clinical team and support clients in achieving their goals. This role offers opportunities to apply evidence-based ABA interventions in home or community settings, with flexible part-time schedules.

We provide paid training, a strong support network, and same-day pay. You will work under supervision and contribute to adaptive behavior plans while maintaining a calm, patient approach with children and families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
