Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in their homes or community settings. This part-time role prioritizes flexible schedules, with same-day pay after clocking in/out and paid training available for those new to the field.

You will work under a supportive clinical team, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions and accumulating hours toward BCBA pathways. Experience with autism is valued, and a calm, patient demeanor is essential.

Qualificações

• RBT certification required before working.
• Strong patience and compassion when supporting children with Autism.
• Willingness to learn and improve in ABA service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage families.
