House of Hearts ABA in Florida is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools. If you are certified or actively pursuing certification, you’ll join a warm, heart-driven team that values compassion and collaboration.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) with guidance through the process.
• Love for working with children and families.
• Positive, team-first attitude and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA staff.
• Track progress using simple systems and report to families.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child growth.
• Bring energy, compassion, and care to every session.
