Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time, in-home and community-based ABA services in Iowa. You'll join a clinical team delivering evidence-based interventions and documenting progress. Immediate paid training is provided, with same-day pay options after clocking in.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and eager to support children with autism while coordinating with families. RBT certification is required before starting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification must be obtained before working.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
