GreenLight ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Sierra Vista team. You will conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children aged 2 to 18, implementing skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under a BCBA's guidance.

Formación

• Active RBT certification or BT experience in providing ABA therapy with children.
• Passionate and reliable individual who enjoys working with children and families.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes.
• Willingness and ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children aged 2–18 in the Sierra Vista area.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under BCBA guidance.
• Support families to promote independence and positive behavior change.
