Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent.
• Completed accredited radiation therapy program or JCERT program and 1+ year experience unless graduate from Augusta University's program.
• ARRT registration and current BLS certification are required.
• Excellent communication with staff, patients and family; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed ionizing radiation under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist using various techniques and equipment.
• Share and coordinate information through documentation and oral communication with the healthcare team.
• Maintain knowledge of radiation safety and patient-specific needs; ensure accurate delivery.
