Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant in Minnesota to support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and build meaningful relationships.

You will assist with onboarding of new Associates, maintain documentation, and ensure safety with required training including medication administration and BLS.

This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a supportive, non-profit senior care environment.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• Provides observation and documentation.
• Assists with onboarding of new Associates.
