Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store medication orders according to facility policy.
• Record patient vitals on schedule and per protocol.
• Observe and document self-administration of medications accurately.
• Support nursing staff during emergencies as directed.
• Maintain security of on-site narcotics and prevent misuse.
