Brickyard Healthcare in Evansville, IN is seeking a dedicated Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide compassionate nursing support under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) by the state.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document medications under supervision of a Licensed Nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with resident recreation programs and participate in care planning.
• Read and follow daily care plans; document care and report changes to the Nurse in charge.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures and promote residents' rights.
