Charter Senior Living of Gateway Park in Greenfield, Indiana is hiring a Medication Technician (QMA) for our Assisted Living and Memory Care programs. Pay ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.

Qualifications

• QMA certification required (Indiana).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and protocols.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including grooming, mobility, and dining support.
• Monitor residents for health changes and report concerns.
• Document medication administration and resident care accurately.
• Follow medication safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Collaborate with caregivers, nurses, and leadership to support quality care.
• Provide companionship and respectful interaction with residents.
