Signature HealthCARE of Carrollton Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. You will work within an integrated care model to support residents’ recovery and return to daily activities, collaborating with clinicians to deliver high-quality rehab services.

Requirements include an accredited PTA program with an Associate’s Degree and an active PTA license in the state.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an Associate’s Degree.
• A valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clinicians to help residents recover and return to activities.
• Deliver high-quality rehab services within Signature Rehab’s integrated care model.
