Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the licensed Physical Therapist in carrying out procedures and treatment programs.
• Observe and assess patient reactions during treatment and report to the therapist.
• Complete documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provides supervision to Rehab Services Technicians as appropriate.
• Maintain productivity and patient flow to minimize backlogs.
• Provides clinical instruction to students as needed.
• Participates in staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
