Job summary

The role requires Florida PT licensure and involves in-person care with the potential for weekend or holiday evaluations as needed. You will coordinate with families on at-home treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Assess patient condition and medical history to plan care
• Diagnose movement dysfunction through observation and interaction
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Coach patients and teach therapeutic exercises and stretches
• Maintain records of goals and progress, update plans as needed
• Advise on in-home treatment options and recovery expectations
