Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will help insure a comprehensive rehab experience by developing individualized treatment plans and delivering in-house therapy with local management support.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited therapy program and licensure in North Carolina; prior SNF rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Must be graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver in-house therapy with local management support.
