Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Canton, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab team. You will work with a multidisciplinary group to create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients and their families in a supportive SNF environment.

The ideal candidate is licensed in North Carolina, a graduate of an accredited therapy program, and has rehab SNF experience. In-house therapy with local management support is available.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
• Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
• In-house therapy with local management support.
