Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.

• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers about conditions and home programs.
• Establish rapport and maintain a professional care environment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate with physicians and other health professionals regarding progress.
