Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and emotional support to people served in individual and group settings.
• Support safety management, crisis intervention, and de‑escalation.
• Assist with activities of daily living (personal care, hygiene, dressing, etc.).
• Document progress notes, medication administration, and incident reports.
• Support treatment plans, programming, and community activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment.
