Job summary

North Central Baptist Hospitals is seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN Days to evaluate and treat adult patients with clinical competency. You will interpret physician orders, modify therapy plans, and coordinate with the care team to support discharge planning.

The role requires a Texas state license and a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, with preferred advanced degrees and experience across outpatient and inpatient settings. BLS and ongoing education are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Texas State license prior to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Administers and interprets tests and measurements.
• Plans and modifies treatment programs for adult patients.
• Instructs patient, family and staff in progress and discharge plans.
• Maintains documentation on all treatments.
• Provides clinical education for PT students.
• Maintains a safe environment and participates in performance improvement.
