Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and in compliance with state regulations.
• Observe residents during medication administration and document effects and any adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate and timely entries in medication administration records.
• Communicate concerns, changes, or observations to wellness leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and encourage independence.
• Support a positive, respectful, person-centered environment.
