Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc.'s senior living community is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to administer prescribed medications and assist residents with daily activities in a compassionate, professional manner. You will document administration details and report any concerns to the Wellness Director, while promoting resident dignity and independence.

Ideal candidates have completed medication administration training and maintain up-to-date certification per state requirements; CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents.
• Observes effects and documents in the residents' medication administration records.
• Communicates concerns or observations with Wellness Director or designated staff.
• Supports residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), socialization, cognition, and physical health.
• Encourages resident independence and preserves dignity through professional conduct.
