Job summary

The Homestead at Montrose, a VOANS community, seeks a compassionate PRN Housekeeper in Montrose, CO. You’ll help maintain a clean, inviting living environment for residents and guests, supporting a culture of care and respect.

As part of a dedicated team, you’ll follow established cleaning procedures, stock supplies, and keep carts and closets orderly, contributing to a safe, welcoming campus every day.

Qualifications

• Previous institutional housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Performs defined cleaning procedures, using various chemicals and cleaning agents, supplies and equipment.
• Replenishes paper products, hand soap products and wastebasket liners as needed during routine cleaning procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping cart and utility closets in sanitary and orderly condition.
• Performs other duties or special assignments as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor/ Environmental Services Director.
