Job summary

Horizons Care Center is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our care team. This PRN role supports a compassionate healthcare environment within the VOANS community and offers competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking, and maintaining sanitary spaces, with opportunities for growth within the organization. English proficiency and basic computer use are required.

Qualifications

• Previous institutional housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow procedures and instructions.
• Must have strong physical stamina for cleaning tasks.
• English reading/writing/listening required.
• Ability to use computers for timekeeping and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Performs defined cleaning procedures using cleaning agents and equipment.
• Restocks supplies and maintains sanitary housekeeping areas.
• Maintains housekeeping cart and closets in orderly condition.
• Supports supervisor and completes other duties as assigned.
