Wilson Care and Rehab in Wilson, KS is seeking a PRN Dietary Aide to join our team. You will assist in preparing and serving meals to residents, ensuring dietary guidelines are followed, and delivering excellent customer service in a caring environment.

This role offers a supportive team, opportunities for CEU reimbursement, and daily pay options for full-time roles. Prior experience is not required, and a willingness to learn is valued.

Formación

• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and follow written and oral instructions.
• No experience required; willingness to learn.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multitasking.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate resident needs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to interact with residents, vendors and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents, starting with setting up trays and serving regular meals.
• Prepare snack items and food requests for special events.
• Deliver high level of customer service by distributing food according to dietary guidelines and approved menus.
• Ensure quality and temperature of food items; monitor for safety during service.
• Deliver and retrieve trays by end of meal times; wash dishes.
• Help maintain safety and sanitary conditions, including cleaning tables, chairs, and equipment, and handling waste.
