Meta Care is seeking a Compassionate Private Caregiver to provide 32 hours per week of one-on-one care for an elderly mother living at The Palms of Largo, FL. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and daily support in her own apartment.

You will join a small team of two caregivers, offering personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and occasional outings. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with a preference for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for older adults with an empathetic approach.
• Ability to assist with bathing, dressing, personal-care needs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Pass a criminal background check; comply with no-smoking policy.
• Local to Largo, FL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support.
• Offer companionship and accompany to appointments and outings.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and meds refills tracking.
• Care for a small Yorkie during visits.
