Complete Care at Arbors is seeking a Porter / Floor Technician to join our facility team in New Jersey. The role focuses on cleanliness, floor care, and coordinated room/area maintenance to keep the environment safe and welcoming for residents and staff.

Experience is not required but preferred. You will follow cleaning procedures, work independently, and contribute to a compassionate care environment that values safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience is not required but preferred.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning compounds and disinfectants.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Picks up Daily Trash and Linen throughout the facility.
• Knowledge of Floor Care / Stripping and Waxing.
• Cleans and restocks all assigned areas according to standards.
• Maintains work assignment sheets for daily duties.
• Follows safe workplace practices per regulatory guidelines.
• Follows departmental cleaning procedures and job instructions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
