Job summary

Holly Care Center in Colorado provides patient care and related activities under the supervision of a licensed therapist, following established medical practices and company policies.

We require completion of an accredited Assistant Program, state licensure as a PTA/OTA, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Current registration/licensure is mandatory to join our compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program.
• Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have current registration/licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Support teamwork and maintain professional conduct.
• Ensure residents are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Respect residents' rights and protect confidentiality.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Assist in carrying out therapy-related activities as directed.
