Brunswick Cove Living Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to collaborate with our physical therapists in helping residents regain strength and mobility. You will implement individualized treatment plans, guide residents through exercises, and celebrate progress in a warm, caring setting.

Qualifications

• A degree from a Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Previous experience is a plus, but a positive attitude is essential!
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Team player who loves to collaborate and support others
• Detail-oriented and organized in managing patient documentation

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing fun and effective treatment plans
• Support our residents in their exercises and therapeutic activities
• Encourage and educate patients on techniques for their care
• Track and celebrate patients’ progress
• Help with equipment setup and maintenance to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Collaborate with our wonderful healthcare team to provide the best care
