Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide for the Spine & Sport Physical Therapy brand in El Cajon, CA. The role focuses on patient assistance, administrative support, and ensuring a smooth clinical experience.

The position offers full-time hours (40/week), 6am-6pm, Monday through Friday, with a salary of $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience. Healthcare benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare training a plus.
• Prior healthcare or Physical Therapy Aide experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to assisting individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide customer service and support to create a positive clinic experience.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with light duties when needed (phone, scanning, scheduling, payments).
• Aid therapists with therapy sessions by supplying materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
