Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Rogers, AR seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to examine and treat patients with mobility impairments and help them regain independence in daily living. You will apply specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention and total joint replacement protocols to support rehabilitation.

The role requires current PT licensure in the employment state, and a valid driver’s license with auto liability insurance; 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as a PT in the state of employment.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current therapy practice.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients to improve mobility and daily living.
• Utilize specialty programs (Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, hip/knee/shoulder replacement) to support recovery.
