Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current North Carolina license to practice Physical Therapy required.
• BLS Certification within 90 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care team.
• Delivers evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitors progress and documents outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educates patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and safe practices.
• Collaborates across disciplines for cohesive patient-centered care and smooth transitions.
• Mentors therapy assistants or students and upholds values of excellence, compassion, and integrity.
