Job summary

Morris View Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our care team in Morristown, NJ. You will design and implement individualized PT programs to improve mobility, strength and function, while promoting a safe and healing environment.

You will conduct assessments, provide one-on-one and group sessions, develop progressive exercise plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care and accurate progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Design and implement individualized Physical Therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness.
• Provide one-on-one Physical Therapy sessions, as well as group therapy sessions as needed.
• Develop and implement progressive exercise programs to promote resident mobility and strength.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident progress and treatment plans.
