Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Tennessee license required (Physical Therapist).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial patient assessment.
• Implements patient treatments based on assessment and plan.
• Provides ongoing patient assessment through records review.
• Identifies patient specific rehabilitation learning needs and educates accordingly.
• May provide guidance to therapy assistants.
