Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Texas.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and treatment within scope of practice.
• Assess functional status and contribute to the care plan.
• Deliver skilled therapy, including home visits when appropriate.
• Instruct patient/family on exercises and use of devices outside sessions.
• Prioritize caseload and coordinate assignments with the care team.
