PruittHealth is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Therapy Services team in a post-acute care setting. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient progress following individualized care plans while ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited program; foreign-trained must be deemed equivalent by a credentialing organization approved by APTA.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per policy and PT care plan.
• Complete documentation and records timely and accurately.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize priorities in patient care and respond with initiative.
• Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings in a timely manner.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
