Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Therapy Services team in full-time capacity. You will complete evaluations and develop treatment plans in accordance with policy and the individualized PT care plan, while ensuring timely documentation and adherence to practice guidelines.

Eligible candidates hold a valid state PT license and a CAPTE-accredited degree; foreign-trained applicants must have program equivalence validated by a recognized credentialing body.

Qualifications

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of CAPTE accredited school; foreign-trained programs must be substantially equivalent as evaluated by a credentialing org approved by APTA.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per the individualized PT care plan.
• Complete documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with initiative and judgment.
• Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and timely, and perform related duties as directed.
