Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Provides screenings and evaluations to determine requirements for skilled physical therapy intervention.
• Develops and implements treatment plans that focus on functional and measurable outcomes.
• Monitors patients' progress and adjusts treatment plans as needed.
• Provides supervision for physical therapist assistants in compliance with licensure and company requirements.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborates with and participates in training programs for staff, patients, families, and rehabilitation staff.
• Participates in continuous quality improvement activities.
