Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive, individualized therapy programs for adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of Therapy Leadership.

The position requires a current Physical Therapy license in the state, a PT degree (Bachelor/Master/Doctorate), and BLS certification. Prior experience with adult and geriatric populations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State license of Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification.
• Other: Six months to one year experience preferred in Rehabilitation Physical Therapy.
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and supervise rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants within state practice acts.
