• Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Assistant curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute on established patient treatment plans under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Provide timely written documentation per facility and department requirements.
• Provide documentation as required by insurance providers to meet licensing, certification, regulatory, reimbursement requirements and physician treatment plan.
• Support and participate in department operations and development.
• Develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associations.
