Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures, including blood culture collection, and fingersticks with proper ID/labeling.
• Perform and report bleeding times following SOPs.
• Ensure adequate stocking of supplies and report needs to phlebotomy leadership.
• Transport specimens from collection to testing site.
• Participate in QA, competency, mandatory training and continuing education.
