Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical laboratory science.
• Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• The Outpatient Phlebotomist collects blood samples and ensures accurate patient identification and labeling.
• Maintains high level of customer satisfaction and positive communication with patients and hospital staff.
• Performs duties in line with laboratory safety and confidentiality requirements.
• Works efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
