Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced phlebotomy setting (avoid blood banks).
• Computer and electronic documentation proficiency.
• BLS or CPR certification.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Certified Phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Draws approximately 120 patients per day and works with a team of two other phlebotomists, including the lead.
• Demonstrates compassion and patience when engaging with patients in a oncology setting.
• Adapts quickly in a fast-paced clinic environment and collaborates with the team to ensure smooth workflows.
