Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure timely prescription fulfillment.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe dispensing at each workstation.
• Provide empathetic patient service in person, on drive‑thru, and over the phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities and assist with deliveries and returns as directed.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed to support operations.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, CVS policies, and patient privacy standards.
