Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with high accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all laws (HIPAA, state/federal).
• Maintain professional image and adhere to Kroger dress standards.
• Develop knowledge of trade area, customers, and competition.
• Maintain stock, scheduling, records, security and budgets per policy.
• Manage equipment and ensure proper operation and maintenance.
